I wish VM were that fast to sort out my problems!
They always take my money (an amount which goes up for no reason and get worse service) on time. But no one can actually sort out my issues, I always get fobbed off and get spoken to like a 5 year old.
My issue is I'm paying for 150mb, I'm lucky to get 50mb. Even then latency is rediculus!
I have better games [and browser loading speeds] when I use 4g on my phone and tether to my xbox!!!!!!!!
How can tethering be better than 150mb wired Virgin Broadband?????
Many reasons...your using router mode you need to reboot it or use modem mode for it to be stable. And or you have something else downloading or uploading and buffing your connecting as you have no QoS setup of your own.
