lag spikes and disconnects every 10-20 minutes

Hi there, over the last month i have found that the games that i play online have had huge lag spikes and occasional disconnects. this has effected all of my online PC games from different platforms like origin and steam. Usually i get the symptoms every 10-20 minutes.

 

Can i get some help with this issue? it wasn't a problem a month ago and its ruining my gaming experience.

Welcome to the forum, sorry you are having problems gaming, we will take a look....

 

I notice that the power levels received at your hub are too low:

 

M SUPER HUB Downstream 2 -6.2 dBmV
VM SUPER HUB Downstream 3 -6.3 dBmV
VM SUPER HUB Downstream 5 -6.1 dBmV
 
I am unable to say for definite that it is the cause of your problems but it is a good place to start. 
 
I will send you a private forum message to arrange an engineer appointment to get it investigated.

whilst those power level are just outside of VMs accepted levels, would this not be due to the current Firmware/DHCP issues that many, many others are having.
If so this was advertised to be fixed by 20:00 last night... but hasn't been updated yet.
