Sorry to hear you're getting poor latency. Your stats look fine from what you've posted and I've also check everything from this side. Your power levels, SNR and area contention are all healthy.
What games in particular are you having trouble with? Could you run a traceroute to the server or servers you play on and post it here for us to take a look?
Also thank you for posting the TBB graph, for the most part it looks fine, the occasional spike in max latency but I can't see anything correlating with them on our readings.

Black ops 3 was only just released a few days ago so there is always a huge influx of new players at first. This wouldn't account for battlefielf 4 or AW of course but just something to keep in mind.
I'm assuming the Xbox one is hardwired to the hub and not wireless?
Could you run a traceroute to the games servers and post it here for us to take a look at?
