Your line and hub look good and luckily so does the area historical data, it is all looking good from here. No traffic management is evident. It appears like the xbox is using an Ethernet so won't bother to mention using wireless lol. Do you have the necessary xbox ports open on the hub perhaps?
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm not too sure whether FIFA 16 is P2P, if that's the case it would be part of traffic shaping at peak times. You can find more info on this in the link Nicola has provided. Does this happen outside of peak times? Any change with the hub in modem mode?
