diablo 3 connection issues

So i've been instructed by blizzard tech support that the disconnections in Diablo 3 are an ISP issue.  

 

This was seen by way of the trace route log requested as seen below.

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're having trouble with Diablo 3. The traces you've provided aren't complete and don't show any problems whatsoever. I've checked your connection and can see no issues from here. Could you post the full traces for us to take a look at?
