Not sure if anybody can help me but I cant seem to connect to my super hub so I can port forward my xbox one.
I have previously done this to my old super hub but for some reason the new one I now have doesn't seem to connect at all...all I get is waiting for 192.168.0.1 and then sorry the page your looking for cant be displayed.
I have spoken to virgin and they have since sent me a new super hub but I seem to be having the same problem accessing that as well.
The first thing you should try is getting a finetip pen and pushing it into the Reset button at the back of the Virgin Router, hold for at least 30 seconds, let the router restart then try connecting to it.
are you using wired or wifi?
What OS are you using? What Browser are you using? What antivirus/security package are you using?
Have you tried more then one device?
