For the past couple of weeks my xbox one has been lagging constantly, I have high latency and a low download speed.
I only changed to Virgin Media a month ago, I don't know what the problem actually is.
It says I have an Open NAT type and getting a 5/5 bar signal.
Are you connected by WiFi?
Have run a speedtest from a PC connected by cable (CAT5E or better) direct to your HUB3?
