We have superfast broadband which show as 75Mbps on speed test. Our computer works fine but my stepsons Xbox keeps disconnecting every few minutes. This has been going on for a while. What can be done to fix this problem
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Xbox. First of all could you let us know how the Xbox is connected to the hub? is it over a wired or wireless connection?
I'd suggest running a connection test on the xbox the next time it drops and let us know what the result say.
