Xbox one/hub 3.0 help

I have had my hub 3.0 less then a week and starting Friday night there has been issue of being kicked off xbl I can't play games on ea access or anything online based. Our PC is working fine as is our phones on wifi. The Xbox Is also connected via wire too. Checking status for the area it says there is issue with virgin tv is this affecting the Xbox? Any help is appreciated thanks 👍🏻

Sorry you are having problems with just the xbox, very unlikely that the tv fault would have anything to do with it to be honest.

At the moment the connection is looking good, well except apologies for ongoing high area peak time traffic F004637247.

Is the Xbox any better now?

I was on the phone last week for an hour with customer support he took control of my PC and did port forwarding. This did nothing so I held the reset on the hub and it has been working since minus the port forwarding.
