Had the same issue with the super hub 2. Having spoken to tech support, which was no help, I spoke to someone in cancellations dept and they suggested putting the the super hub 1 back in. Which I had no problems with before upgrading . Lucky the problem has gone. I have even changed the wireless to 300mbps . All good. I hope this helps
Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing when playing COD. I've run a few checks on your connection and everything looks healthy. Are you connected wired or wireless? I'm going to assume that its Black Ops 3 that you are playing. Is it just with this game that you experience these disconnections?
