Hi, I have been having issues and the settings on the xbox are saying use ipv6 instead of ipv4. Does the 2ac superhub carry this version or do we wait for virgin to sort this out. Thanks for any help and advice given.
Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your Xbox connection. We've recently released un update to help combat disconnection issues with our Superhub 2 AC. Can you please perform a reboot (remove power cable for 30 seconds) and let us know if this helps.
Your Superhub might take a little while to get back online after the reboot, this is normal when it's receiving an update.
