Xbox One NAT Moderate on hub 3.0

I have been searching around for answers to solve my problem.

I have a hub 3.0 which i set up yesterday. I have an xbox one. My NAT is on Moderate and is preventing me connecting games online.

I have googled how to port forward but am struggling to find any guides that help with a virgin media hub 3.0. I am not sure if i need to create a static IP address as it seems my router has already given each connected device a different IP.

When trying to add port 53 i receive the message port already reserved?

Any help would be great thanks.

but if you wanna know how to do it here is the link mate, its pretty much the same on all routers.

dont forget to give the xbox a static ip and also put it in dmz mode in the router with the same ip.

edit- nope not a clue, just tried it myself but its asking for an external start  and stop port o.O
