Just thought i would add my 2p worth
Mine started on wednesday 11th january
Losing connection to xbox live servers, hard wired to the router which worked at first but now don't.
5ghz connection was an issue, 2ghz connection works when it wants too.
The obvious issue is the NAT type, looks like some Translation issue between Xbox live and Virgin Broadband.
Please hurry up and sort it out!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.
We've recently put out an update to resolve this issue. All you need to do is reboot your Superhub and leave it for 15 minutes.
