I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection on your Xbox One's.
Looking at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine.
Have you completed a speed test through a PC/laptop as the Xbox One uses different servers?
You can try a speed test whilst the Hub is in modem mode as this will eliminate other devices connected.
