Hi, I'm disconecting every 10 min at the moment with WOW51900319 error. There standard DC error message. I can see my launcher serching for signal as it dropps connection while not running the game. Same when browsing the net, pages not loading, then loading with no problem. So .. definatly an issue with my brodband. Called 150, a Bot tells me all is just fine. Well its obviously not ... A look at the logs shows - " Name resolution for the name identity.virginmedia.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded " Can anyone please help ?
Sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with your connection. I've just taken a look and nothing looks out of place. Apart from when playing WOW, what is your general connection like? Does this improve when you put your Superhub into Modem Mode?
