I am sorry you are having problems with gaming. At the moment we have an intermittent noise problem in your area ref F004653931, we are doing our best to locate the source and fix it but it is proving quite elusive. Currently the estimated resolve date is showing as 05 AUG 2016.
I am unable to say for certain that this is your issue but it will not help. How are you connecting to the hub by the way, wireless or wired? We would always recommend wired for gaming please.
