I've seen intermittent reports of this from various customers. It has been raised to our peering partners and there is work being carried out to resolve this though from the looks of things the problem comes and goes for some customers whereas others have no problem at all. I've checked your connection and can see no problems at your hub so this is likely to be the same issue that's been on and off for our other customers.
Could you run a traceroute to a battlefield server and post it here?
Okay this is a tracert to one of my favourite servers that normally get a good ping to:
Tracing route to WIN-SG76KFFN5JU [126.96.36.199] over a maximum of 30 hops:

Thanks for the update and sorry the problem persists.
The traceroute you kindly supplied shows high return times from the initial hop and not only the routing, Are you using a wired or wireless connection please?
The hub and line test good and area traffic is very low. Looking back it seems like there has been a fair bit of traffic originating from your connection, nothing wrong with that however gaming packets will queue and be delayed if bandwidth is used up in the background. This is further evidenced and impacted by Virgin Media Cable traffic management policy.
