Since a few weeks ago when there was a routing problem with Virgin's servers to many games, I have been receiving a lot of consistent ping spikes ranging from 80ms to a whopping 200ms every so often, and it has ruined the stability of my online gaming.
I usually have a consistent 29-31ms on weekdays and weekends, only spiking to 60 on a Sunday evening but not it goes all the way up to 200ms every day and every couple of minutes.

This has been going for a long time, and yet the same poor support service is given to the customer every time. I have to deal with this issue multiple times per week and even when I call I get no answer. Such poor service.
I'm currently, like with the previous routing issue, using a VPN to drop the ping spikes by connecting to a local server in Maidstone where my ping stays at a stable 25ms, which is lower than my regular 30.
But this should not be a permanent solution to my problem. And I think other people who suffer from the same problem shouldn't have to put up with this.
