I'm currently attempting to connect to a game called Maplestory, I've gone through all the hoops that the Technical Customer Support guys on their end have thrown at me. However, the last step that they asked me to reproduce was to send them a screenshot of my traceroute to their servers.

In addition, since the steps have not worked let's try doing a clean boot to get your computer to an optimal state to run Maplestory.
