I've just been on phone with support for 40 minutes..
So long story short, I'm full of **** and it's nothing to do with Virgin Media.
I even told her to come visit this forum lol..
She blatenly refused to accept I have an issue and said as long as everything else is OK it ain't their problem.
I couldn't cope I had to hang up before I said something..
She wouldn't even transfer me to retention.
Anyway I'm ringing back to cancel.. thank god I'm out of contract.
