Terrible speeds and latency

Ever since last week my speeds and latency have been atrocious, I have noticed that is has been from 4:30 to later on in the evening. Anyone also having any problems?

I've been suffering from dreadful lage spikes while gaming, terrible performance over Ventrilo and typically lousy throughput overall.

Can I suggest someone at Virgin investigate this asap?
