Terrible ping during gaming, unplayable!

This is not normal latency. This has happened a month ago too but it seems to be back. It renders online games like League impossible to play normally. Does anyone know what to do about this?.. because it's certainly aggravating.

Hey Kacpers,

was there a modem rest at around 11am today or have you spoke to VM technical support already? It seems to have stabilised somewhat in the last hour and back within the VM norm.

You have a super hub 1 in router mode so it needs a reboot now and then but if you want it stable use modem mode with you own router.

Sorry to read you are having issues with the broadband connection.

 

Looking at the BQM graph the latency would be due to the Super Hub 1 and for this I would like to send you a replacement router. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
