I monitor my ping to something generic like a google server or similar. I have done this from command prompt and from web pages. I reset my router and it gets better for maybe a day, then it becomes unstable again(exponentially if left). I have phoned numerous times, gone through hours of chat and phone support/ fault finding and all I ever get is, now it is reset it sees fine. As a gamer, it is now over 6 months without a good experience and this is unacceptable, just as it is unacceptable to expect a paying customer to have to spend time maintaining a product they pay for. This is why service providers exist, to remove these pains and provide a service. Is there anything Virgin can do to help or do I just switch providers?
This happens on any game that is online or requires consistent online authentication to play.
