Can someone please tell me why my all singing all dancing superhub 3 is buffering like mad? I'm hardwired with 200mb and cannot stream for ****

First port of call is the Check Service Status (top right of this page) to see if there's a known issue in your area.
Secondly can you post your Upstream and Downstream data here so we can see if there is a problem. Just type 192.168.0.1 into your browser to access the hub, don't sign in but select Router Status.
