Some customers with a Super hub 2ac may have noticed a connectivity issue with your hub, particularly with your Xbox
We will be automatically updating these hubs over the next few days to resolve this.
The updated firmware is V1.01.11
Alternatively, you can reboot your hub.
When the hub reboots it will download a new update which should resolve your issue.
This update could take up to 15 minutes to complete.
