Now i know there are many different posts out there , but for the life of me i cannot find a solution from virgin.
I upgraded to superhub 2 a matter of a few days ago , now before this (we have 2 xbox ones) i had absolutly no issues with connectivity. My xbox is wired and my sons is wireless , since i have upgraded mine is working fine but my son cannot play online for very long with out it booting him off , it isnt singled out to a specific game either , it seems to be all of them. This has to be the new superhub 2 causing the issues.
Virgin where is you answer ??
If there is no answer you can have this superhub back and ill drop back to the old one , would also want my money back for delivery as this isnt an upgrade , if only one xbox can now be online !!

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that your son is experiencing with his Xbox connection. Getting kicked out of games must be frustrating so we'll certainly get this looked into for you. Everything on the hub and network segment looks healthy when running a few checks. You mentioned that your Xbox is working fine over ethernet which is great. Is there any improvement if your son's Xbox is also connected wired?
To be honest we haven't tried it wireless again , ive been and brought a 30M cable and have had to drill holes to run it through the loft just so he can play online, now i know this isnt just me because there are loads of posts out there with the same issues.
Face it , its not a good show by virgin is it ? after all this time still no fix ?
