SuperHub 2 Firmware Issues

Hi

 

So with the constant gaming disconnects making my internet connection almost useless I am not getting what I am paying for.

 

How far along are you with a fix?

 

How much longer am I expected to put up with this level of service?

Still same and no any answers no help no reports about what have been done.
Just today i received letter on my email, and i'm thinking now are they make fun of us ?

Demand a superhub2ac over the phone, citing issues with superhub2 firmware.

Has nobody got it yet...with every action there is a opposite and equal reaction getting a SH2ac will only delay the action for the reaction for VM to make the firmware worse. You want a action that any reaction is for the better use modem mode.

I talked to someone from virgin today to tell them of the problems im getting and was told that there is no issue with the latest firmware and no new firmware currently expected, i then said that its thats rubbish there are posts on the forums about it being an issue then he said maybe the "superiors know" but no information has been passed down to them as of yet.

 

There are lots of other people out there using virgin with no idea that their disconnects are due to virgin so are just carrying on thinking its their end

It's true, same is with my brother, he didn't know what is going on untill i told him.

I spent Sunday complaining on Virgin Media's Facebook and Twitter accounts and someone called me today to offer me a new SuperHub AC for free.

 

Ill see how that goes.
