Is this a Superhub 2 or a Superhub 2ac? Can you please confirm what version of the software you are on at the moment?
When you reboot the hub, are you leaving it off for ten minutes before switching back on again?

Sorry to read that you are having issues with connecting to Xbox live.
In regards to the firmware issue, are you referring to the information within this link > Superhub 2ac Firmware? If so that was for the Super Hub 2ac and not the Super Hub 2.
Are you still having issues with Xbox live?
If so, do you get any error messages at all?
