Re: Sped down and disconnected

Hi weeman

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

Sorry to read that you are experiencing disconnections on your Xbox One.

I've taken a look at your connection and there have been no time-outs reported within 4 days of the Super Hub being online. Tne network segment is running stable.

Do you notice the disconnection on all games or just on certain ones?

Do you get any error messages at all?

Does it reconnect you back into Xbox Live or do you have to do it manually?

Let me know how you get on

Sam

Re: Sped down and disconnected

Hi weeman

Thanks for the reply and the information provided, I appreciate it.

With the disconnections do other devices notice this besides the Xbox?

Are you able to post your router information for me please as this hopefully show the disconnections. To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in, on the top right you will see router status. Within here you will have downstream, upstream and network log. You can copy and paste this information, that would be great.

Speak soon

Sam
