just at 16:00 today I keep getting disconnected from the Xbox box one I've done this port forwarding, I am on cat7 , I've tried modem mode , but it make no diff the power levels are fine avg 2.5 to 3.5 as the tech only came to my house last week to sort out the powers levels and this RxMER (dB) is around 37 to 38 so all is good there

Are you able to post your router information for me please as this hopefully show the disconnections. To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in, on the top right you will see router status. Within here you will have downstream, upstream and network log. You can copy and paste this information, that would be great.
