I would like to revert back to the Superhub 2ac as Im not happy with this latency. I have tried reconnecting my Superhub 2ac. I did also set it up into modem mode as i have my own router. However, there is no internet connection coming through.
If a customer still has the Superhub 2 in their possession and wishes to revert back to using it instead of the Superhub 3, it can still be re-provisioned on the system unless the customer also has VIVID 300/350. Might take a few attempts to find a rep who's willing to do it, but it can and has been done.
