Hi, i've been having massive problems with ping for ages. Really early morning (1am - 4 am) I would be getting really good 20ms but in the day at around 11am - 11pm it would be around 90ms and will spike to about 300 every 7 seconds. When
Thanks for posting and welcome to the forums, though sorry to hear of the peak time slow speed problems
I've run a few checks on your connection and reports indicate that your network segment is currently suffering from periods of high load, particularly at peak times, which is the likely cause of the latency problems.
This has been raised to our network teams under reference F003440123. with upgrade work to add capacity estimated for later next month.
Please check back in with us periodically and we will update you as soon as we have any further information.
Okay, so the problem is still going on and has gotten worse. Here's a screenshot taken at 22:00 on the 12th, http://i.imgur.com/7cyaqyd.png the Rx and Tx range seem to be very off and there are a lot of errors... What can you do to fix this?
I'm really sorry for the ongoing speed issues you're suffering.
I've checked the latest, I'm afraid it looks like it's going to be a bit longer before the upgrade work can be carried out. Checking things now our engineers are working towards a review date later in the summer.
I'm really sorry this hasn't been sorted yet, give the thread a bump in a few weeks and we'll check the latest progress for you.
Sorry again for the continued issues you're experiencing with your peak time connection, the work to resolve this issue is still ongoing and the estimated resolution date has been pushed back a little.
The review date for this issue (reference F003575493) is set for the start of September. If you've not heard about this around that time, bump the message and we'll take another look.
