Re: *READ* Superbox2 and xbox one

Hi Jenky,

Are you referring to the issue between xbox one and SH2 over wireless? This isn't all too common anymore and the simplest fix has been to plug your xbox in using ethernet. I'd strongly suggest having any console connected with ethernet where possible anyway as gaming requires a stable connection and wireless simply isn't a stable medium.

If wired isn't possible we've also found that setting your wireless to 54mbps does bypass any other trouble.

I hope this helps.

Re: *READ* Superbox2 and xbox one

Hi Jenky

Thanks for getting back to us.

You can also set your hub broadcast to 54mbps by using a phone/tablet/console etc. Open a browser, go to 192.168.0.1, log in, advanced settings, wireless radio.

(Just a heads up) The  recommended option for any console connection is a wired connection as wireless is subject to many forms of interference that are outside of our control.

Let us know how you get on.
