Ps4 unstable wired gaming connection

Just recently started to notice my connection is unstable playing online multiplayer game. Never had this issue in 7 years.
Tried resetting everything etc anyone have any ideas? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Are you wired direct to the VM hub or via third party kit? e.g powerline adapters

Is this happening just with one particular game or all games?

If you go to http://192.168.0.1/ (or http://192.168.100.1/ if you are in modem mode) to get the VM hub GUI. Don't login but instead click on Router Status which is either a button in the top right of the screen or a text link at the bottom of the screen depending on which hub you have. Click on the Downstream, Upstream and Network Log sections and copy & paste the figures from those screens and post them here, don't worry about the formatting or you can post screenshots if that is easier. Be careful to edit out or obscure any reference to your WAN IP or MAC address in the log to protect your privacy.

The community can have a look for you and see if anything in the figures looks wrong and advise accordingly. Or you can wait for the VM staff to pick up this thread (can take 7-10 days) and run checks on your line.

Hi ps4 is wired direct into superhub 2 foot away.
I only play 1 game with friends on an evening for 3 to 4 hours. I know traffic can get heavy on an evening but never experienced this in 3 years on this game or 4 on any other.

Power levels look OK, the upstream is a little bit high but still within the recommended range.

If it only happens in one game then it could be an issue with that game's servers.  Some areas are suffering with over utilisation, which results in very slow speeds and unstable connections at peak times but full speed at off peak times.  You could try running some speed tests at the times you are having difficulties to see if it is really slow.  Just don't use the Sony speed tests on the PS4 as they are unreliable.
