Hi I have been trying to resolve an issue for weeks. The PS network/store stopped connecting. I have tried everything that PlayStation support have told me. Even been on the phone to virgin media tech team for 2 hours today but I still can not get into the store? Anyone have any ideas? I have just read something about IP packet fragmentation? How can I resolve this issue? Thanks
