r u serious guys? again? i cancelled tv and phone line, got only 300mb net (never got even close speed btw) and console with all apps is my only (gaming, tv, spotify) window to the world. fix this and stop tellin pl reset will help bcoz for many it didnt. we still need to pay for service we cant use. teribble

Network -> Setup network connection -> WiFi or LAN (depending on which you use) -> Custom -> Automatic -> Do not specify -> Manual -> Configure the primary and secondary DNS to use Google DNS then click next ->Automatic -> Do not use -> Test internet connection.

Just to say same here. PSN disconnects. Changed DNS to google and it works but standard settings intermittently don't connect to PSN G13 postcode. There have been bad slow downs in speed over the last week here too. 200mbps drops to under 1Mbps occasionally for no reason. Lost a few of our fireteam on Virgin in Manchester/Stockport to the same fault.
