Ping spikes

Just like many other people around here for about a month now I think I have been getting ping spikes and not just at peak times (but more frequent at these times) and they are very consistent.

 here is my BQM.

My Broadband Ping - even worse ping

Would like some advice or support on this thanks.

Re: Ping spikes

Looks like you're on a hub 3

You'll have poor latency and ping times due to fault with the hub3 at present

Re: Ping spikes

Hi Secretary,

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your consistent ping spikes, I apologise for any inconvenience caused, I promise to do my best to help get this sorted for you.

I have tested things from here and I can't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, please respond to me here with a recent copy of your Hubs logs for me to compare with the data we have here.  You can find these by opening your internet browser and typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar, before logging in, it will say 'Router Status' in the top right hand corner, click there and all the information needed is inside.

Also, how are you connected wired or wireless?

Speak soon,

Thanks,

Adam.

Re: Ping spikes

Hello Secretary,

Thanks for getting back to us Smiley Very Happy

How's your connection been since your last post?

I've taken another look at your Hub this evening and everything still looks healthy with your power and SNR levels, no time-outs or area faults either.

If you're still struggling, please feel free to get in touch with me via PM for me to continue to investigate.

Thanks again,

Take care.
