Sorry you are having problems with gaming, we will take a look at your connection. By the way we are a community based forum and we often do not get to posts for a few days to give others a chance to help. If you would like a quicker response please use contact us.
Your line and hub look good, all parameters nicely in specification, the area historical data looks good also, low area traffic and all nicely error free. The traceroutes you have posted do not seem to show a problem, destination responding with good times. It is okay for some hops to not respond as the routers are often configured not to respond to ping requests or treat them as low priority jobs, they are doing a good job with live traffic though otherwise the request would not reach the destination as evidenced on the traceroute posted. The 10 IP address is also nothing to worry about as this is the way our network is configured on some CMTSs.
It looks like from here that the desktop PC is wireless, is the PS4 wireless also? We would always recommend a wired connection for gaming and running traceroutes.
Thank you for your reply. The question I asked is why do I have packet loss? This is what is causing the gameplay to slow down once packet loss kicks in. I have tried wireless and wired and the results are still the same. The issue I have is the packet loss!
