Packet loss in-game every minute or two

Just got my vivid 200 gamer 6 days ago and have been getting constant packet loss on csgo making the game unplayable. I've tried restarting the router, bought a new ethernet cable, reset my pc, port forwarding and nothing has solved my issues. I've seen a lot of other's complaining about packet loss on the forum's so i'm guessing this is not a problem on my end but virgin media's end, is there any known date when this problem will be fixed ?

Really sorry to hear about your packet loss, I know this is irritating as a gamer!

I've looked at your Hub and I don't see anything standing out in error right now. Are you able to test the network with your Hub in Modem Mode and let us know if this changes your results.

Please get back to us so we can continue to investigate and get this resolved.
