The tech that last cone was very good and listened to me. When I explained he had good idea what it was and it seem fine am not blaming him cause it was ok till that evening then my ping in game went high, I have built meny meny PC, So I no how things work he asked me try it for coupe days then get back because there could be a bad connection or open connection on another line. Make sure all your connections are tight from the PC to the wall. He also mentioned an amp in the box getting really hot but I gave had this even in winter

I've had a check on your connection and everything is looking healthy. Power levels are within spec and no problems showing on your network segment. Everything is looking good since the engineer visit.
Can you confirm that you are testing the speed connected directly to the Virgin Media hub through an ethernet cable?
Could you post a trace route for us to have a look at?
Hi, I feel your pain. My connection (Ethernet in modem only mode) just hits the floor in the evening it is so poor - you wont get any constructive help on this forum looking at other posts - just a reply to make sure someone hits an 'SLA'
Good luck with fixing or putting up with it like everyone else seems to before moving somewhere else
