Packet loss and high ping

keep haveing intermittent packet loss this has been going on for months that i cancled my subs with blizzard and spent a long time here trying to resolve it and for last few hours its started getting bad again please dont tell me to use the phone 150 they are useless heres latest bqm

That instant spike on your BQM look very much like a device has been turned on thats zapping the net (torrents running in the background maybe)

I have tested the connection from here and I noticed that your Hubs logs show a number of time outs inside and I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate this further for you.
