PC multiplayer Online gaming LAG issues

I'm getting terrible lag

( yes we have Utilisation issues already registered)

But on the odd day when it's not a prime usage time I get huge lag on my online gaming

Is there some ports or nfz or some other setting I need to release the throughput to these external servers and improve my gaming experience? Thank you

and now VM have moved the fix back another couple of weeks ...

will I ever get service?  before 2019 perhaps ?

Hopefully the refunds will continue and match these dates that move or wil I be left to chase indian call centres again to get results?

Totally FED UP with this.  its costing me money !

Engineer says SNR levels all "in spec" so nothing he can do.

What a waste of time that was

Heather what a waste of time that was!

both Engineers say nothing wrong with Router or the thing you said you found

they cannot test the cable coming to my house  (or rather not willing to ) becuase there is the recorded

Network Utilisation Fault - you already know about and have messaged me before about

So the past 2 visits have been pointless  - only now the newer cable and change of router have dropped my average from 40mbs

to 16mbs!

Refunds do not cut it !

 

Now the engineer informs me the Utilisation fix has been put back again a further 3 weeks

so thats since June  I reported this !!!    F005600384

The previous engineer speficially requested me to be in for tonights visit - I left work early for this visit too !

only to find the engineer could not visit and sent someone else who had no clue about the whole case.!

he rang the first enginner and they decided between them they would do NOTHING !

 

Heather - A THIRD COMPLAINT LETTER will be drafted tomorrow copied to TRADING STANDARDS and WATCHDOG
