Sorry to hear you're having problems connecting your Switch, I know this must be disappointing. My suggestion would be to perform a factory reset on your Superhub because I can see you've changed the channel before so I'm wondering if any of the default security settings have been changed too. Can you have a go at doing this (hold a pin or paperclip into the reset hole for 30 seconds) and let us know if this helps.

We have this problem too. The Nintendo switch sometimes connects but drops off very quickly. I have tried your suggestion of resetting the super hub but it hasn't made any difference. I have a very unhappy boy here.
