Try giving your xb1 a static IP address. Go into settings. Then network. Then wired settings and dns settings (automatic) and write them down. Then go back in and go to manual settings fill them in and save them. Try that. If it's still strict. Turn off your modem at the modem and pull out the power. Leave for a couple of minutes and then test your network on the xb1. If that doesn't Google port forwarding and then do those ports on your modem settings. Or you can put your xb1 in the dmz zone on your modem settings which is just the last digit of the ip for your xb1.

Just an idea

Double check on the Super hub 2 under firewall and untick ip flood and port scan detection hit apply and give the xbox one ago, If that don't work check if you have port forwarded the correct ports.

Xbox One LAN IP, Find this by going to Network settings > Advanced settings and look for IP Address on the top right, look like 192.168.0.9 Smiley Happy
