Need For Speed (2015) - Your connection to the game server has been lost
I've been trying to play a new game today and am unable to access the servers.
I have spoken with the game devs and tried all fixes they recommended .
I performed two UO Traces and found some very high ping values, packet loss and lots of unknown hosts.
After speaking with a lvl.2 technician most of the problems were rectified and he opened some ports for me. My ping seems to have dropped to an average of 101ms but there are still a few unknown hosts (0.0.0.0). Is this the reason why my connection is so unstable?

Welcome to our community and thanks for coming to us for help with this
I wouldn't be unduly worried about your traceroute.
Unknown Host just indicates that the primary DNS hasn't been registered for that domain thus no IP.
Blackhole Prolexic is a defense against DDOS attacks (which is a nastiness that often crops up when gaming).

If your connection is unstable I would recommend that you use a wired connection rather than wireless. I'd also like to test your connection from here but am unable to locate your Hub details. I'll send you a PM in a moment (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and shall investigate further once I have your reply
