I'm sorry to hear about those issues with Minecraft and thank you for trying out two different devices. Are you seeing any other issues on other games too?
I've tested the Super Hub and found that there's an issue with your 2 Upstreams alongside an area outage relating to increased demand for our services in your area F003735054. This is due for review on the 16/12/2015. We’ll see what effect the work in the area has had nearer that date.
In the meantime, to make sure that when the outage is resolved your connection will resume as normal, I'd like to arrange someone to come take a look at this for you.
