Everything is fine with that trace route

Does it happen at specific times of day?

Re: MS spikes "Star Wars The Old Republic"

Sounds like overutilisation- wait for staff to pick it up - in the meantime..

So we can help us to help you, can you

Go to your Superhub Log in screen

Do NOT log in.

Little button top right.....

Can you post Upstream, Downstream and Network logs.

Screen caps are nice, C&P will do- Don't stress about formatting if you C&P. Someone will get a look and see if there's anything obvious amiss.

Re: MS spikes "Star Wars The Old Republic"

Hi Kmufc77,

Sorry to hear you're getting ping spikes. I've just checked your connection and can see no issues from here. Your power levels, SNR and area contention are all healthy and I can't see any timeouts in the last 48 hours since your last reboot.

How are you connected to the hub? Wired or wireless?

Re: MS spikes "Star Wars The Old Republic"

Thanks for confirming that Kmufc77,

As your connected by ethernet we can rule out wireless interference. Could you try the hub in modem mode with a PC in safe mode? This will rule out other devices on the network, background software on your PC taking up bandwidth and the hubs router functions.
