I have had recent problems with connection and my superhub, i got someone from Virgin Media to come over and he told me to use an Ethernet to my PC to get better ping.
My ping has become significantly better(9ms) as well as download speed(50-42Mbps) and upload speed(2.88Mbps). In games such as CSGO and Rocket League, which I have played recently, it shows very low ping from 20-50 but when playing I am constantly lagging and it shows in Rocket League when the connection interrupted symbol comes up in the corner of my screen.
Can anyone explain this and/or tell me what to do to fix it or make it better? This is becoming very frustrating!

Sorry to hear you're getting a poor connection to the games. There are some issues with steams servers with CS at the moment. I've been playing rocket league with no problems recently but that was on PS4. Are you playing that on Steam too?
I've just checked your connection and can see no area faults but couldn't get any stats from your hub. Could you reboot it and leave it on for a few days for us to run some tests?
