League Of Legends - The ping Spikes Return

Hi,

Have had issues several times with ping on virgin media. When in game it can be fine for 10-15mins and then start spiking from 35-600 (and sometimes higher). It makes the game unplayable and when contacting support they were pretty useless. Have looked at several threads on this forum and in accordance with that will post Upstream Downstream and network Log. If anyone can help I'd be grateful.

Can you post a traceroute to the server you are using?

 How are you connecting to the HUB?
