Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with the connection to your Xbox One. Do you connect with an Ethernet cable or over the wireless? Are all your other devices preforming okay? When you test your speed, what are the average results?

If you see this on the "Detailed Network Statistics" is correct as it shows the latency servers are in the US and not an EU server so this is why you get the 150-300ms in the Xbox One, if you feel this isnt the case then please post a Ping and Traceroute with a LAN cable using a PC/Laptop (for best result) to www.bbc.co.uk
I'm connected by Wi-Fi but I never had this problem until I joined Virgin. My equipment is performing ok its just the speeds I'm getting are not what I'm supposed to be getting. Last time I did a test on the 5GHz band I got 37.57Mbps Down & 5.03Mbps Up with a ping that was only 9ms. On the 2GHz band I got with a ping of 29ms 15.09Mbps Down & 4.26Mbps Up
Looking at your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which can cause slow speeds. The reference number is F005110835 and has a review date of 26th July. Do you notice the latency at all times of the day of just during peak hours?
I can see you are using the Hub in modem mode, are you using your own router for the wireless? If so, can you complete speed tests direct to the Hub, without your equipment attached, to see if the speeds differ please?
Can you also post some trace routes for us to check over please?
Yes I am using the TP Link Archer C7 router which has served me very well with previous ISP's. I've completed tests and these are the results.
HUB 3 2.4GHz: 69.39Mbps Down 6.57Mbps Up Ping 14ms. 5GHz: 104.94Mbps Down 6.43 Up Ping 8ms
Archer C7 2.4GHz: 29.48Mbps Down 6.51Mbps Up Ping 20ms. 5GHz: 104.30Mbps Down 6.30 Up Ping 10ms
I mostly use the 5GHz band since I'm mostly streaming through Netflix or Amazon Video or I'm doing online Multiplayer on either my Xbox One or PS4. If I'm using the 2.4GHz band it'll be general browsing on either my iPhone or my iPad so the near 30Mbps is more than sufficient but these are the results I'm getting now but tomorrow it could be completely different as the speeds go from good to bad like the weather.

Hey can i ask where your from? Im from the uk (northern Ireland, Ireland) and my latency was around 177ms, I tried it all. Nothing worked, no help from virgin either, microsoft told me that its your isp, So when all else failed i formatted my console, I was part of the preview program, I opt out of it first. Formatted my xbox and ran some tests. I get around 30 Mbit (xbox speedtet) now during the day ( i assume virgin are capping me for fair usage) At around 11pm it rises to my full speed of around 165Mbit. The clear thing for me was the the drop in latency back to around 40ms, Like it used to be a few months back. It is linked to the xbox one or ps4 this problem, it does lay with virgin i believe but I cant be too sure. If all else fails you could download all your games to an external, Wipe your console completely and you'll have the games already backed up and see if theres an improvement. At least you'll know if the problem disappears. No help from the virgin guys here. I posted a few days ago and no replies.
I'm in Edinburgh, Scotland. Ever since I moved to Virgin my latency on the Xbox had ranged between 170 - 190ms but the highest it was at was >300ms when the latency was really bad but today I did a quick test and it was at 43ms which is the lowest its ever been but couldn't test it by playing a game online since I was just heading out.
For connecting several devices and working on it one should rely high speed connectivity. We can use high speed wireless networks or a local area network or MAN, WAN depending on the type of network a particular person chooses.
