Re: Large uplink buffer

Thanks for getting back to me! I haven't known about that fault. Does this mean it is going to be fixed on 1st November or it could have been already fixed and you'll see if that's the case on 1st November?

Taking other people experiences it means it may be fixed before 1st November. If not, you will get a new fault code with new future date.

Re: Large uplink buffer

Did virgin fix the fault? I will check my network monitor this weekend but from what I experienced yesterday you haven't done anything. How do I go about getting at least some recompensation for a bad quality service?

Re: Large uplink buffer

Hi,

I got a message that they fixed the fault. I tried online gaming again and - it got worse. WAY worse. I will contact the credit team, cause there is no way I am paying for this. I set up the broadband monitor right now, so will get back to you in couple days with the plot. Any solutions ?

I am posting the hub status again:

Re: Large uplink buffer

As an addition to my previous post, you can see that in the nigh, the plot looks like what it looked like during the day before the fix. I can post the the full graph after a day, but you know what it will show.afterFix.PNG
